Bryant Property Group is a private real estate investment firm based in New York primarily focused on the acquisition, management, and leasing of commercial and residential properties. Bryant’s investment strategy involves the repositioning of underperforming properties in select markets nationwide as well as co-ownership in properties with both private and institutional partners.

Specifically, we target properties where we can improve the profile and rental rate through the implementation of selected base building improvements such as elevator modernization, lobby refurbishments, and common area upgrades. Our typical investments have not benefited from institutional quality management or a proactive capital improvement plan and in many cases, are family-owned assets that have been mismanaged through neglect. 

 In addition to physical improvement, repositioning can also include change in use, aggressive leasing and marketing, improved management, and financial restructuring. Once an extensive redevelopment plan has been executed, the properties will be worth more than the acquisition and redevelopment costs, thus creating value. Bryant has significant experience in urban and metropolitan markets and has both the keen insight and vision to pursue opportunities that would fill market voids.
